Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)

What is a DORA?
DORA stands for Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area. With the Greensburg DORA, you're invited to explore, dine, shop, take a stroll, enjoy premier events at Rebekah Park and much more in our vibrant city.

When is the DORA in Effect?
The DORA district can be utilized Sunday-Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.

Which downtown businesses are participating in DORA as approved vendors?
We currently have two approved vendors, the tAAp and The Beach Tiki Bar and Grill. Temporary vendors can apply to sell DORA beverages in the district. This is a great opportunity for festivals and other events. Temporary vendors are required to obtain a permit from the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission and from the City of Greensburg.

What is the process to be a temporary vendor?
Temporary vendors are eligible to sell DORA beverages within the boundaries. To become a vendor, you must fill out and turn in the City of Greensburg DORA Temporary Vendor Application, the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area Designations form, and the ATC Temporary Beer/Wine Permit (if applicable). The DORA reference number for the City of Greensburg is DA1600006.
